What you'll be doing (duties of this position): - Provide actionable recommendations through data analysis to stakeholders to increase their productivity, reduce costs or improve revenue.
- Leverage data and analytical techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, causal inference, experimentation) to deliver impactful insights that inform key business decisions through presentations with leadership
- Continuously drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure the trustworthiness of the data / reporting.
- Identify and document data analysis requirements for various stakeholders across the product organization and inform data model and design decisions for product systems.
- Articulate analytic results, assumptions and logic to internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to be considered (requirements): - 10+ years' experience in an Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management analytical role/environment
- 10+ years of development experience in the function and manipulation of SQL and SAS languages
- 8+ years of work experience with Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics areas with progressive experience in data visualizations/dashboards using tools like QLIK, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Ability to turn data into unassailable answers to complex questions.
- Creative and passionate when designing dashboards for specific persona.
- Compelling storyteller with active listening skills to lead the spectrum of stakeholder presentations to leadership briefings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others
