Labor Rocket is a high volume, fast paced staffing and recruiting agency located in Metro Detroit specializing in light industrial manufacturing. Our clients are some of the largest players in the automotive and manufacturing space. Focusing on OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.

In the role of Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing a new book of business and will serve as the main contact for all new client communication. A Senior Account Executive should focus on growing their relationship with potential new Labor Rocket clients to drive business and grow company revenue. Responsibilities outside of new client relationships include developing a list of target clients, networking, making contact via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
- Results oriented to achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit goals
- Research, connect, and sell new clients on working with Labor Rocket
- Develop collaborative relationships with potential new clients. Serve as new clients main point of contact until full launch
- Enjoy being on the phone and email, connecting with people
- Persistent and have superb follow up skills
- Possess a solid sense of urgency, high emotional intelligence, and intuition
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Experience with sales and professional networking (LinkedIn, local events, etc.)
- Looking to thrive in a growing company with opportunity for advancement
- Ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment through demonstrated, proven leadership
- Must feel confident in ability to handle a high volume of potential clients at one time
- Desire for personal and professional development with high receptivity to feedback and guidance
- Proficiency with software suites (i.e. Microsoft Office) and applicant tracking software
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior professional sales experience
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Previous experience in staffing/recruiting preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred

- Position may require the ability to lift office supplies and equipment up to 20lbs
- The position is located in a corporate office with frequent on-site client visits
