Job Title: Fleet Card Sales Manager
Location: Massachusetts based with territory of New England and NY
Salary: $95-105K Base +
Uncapped Commissions based on Gallons of Gas Sold Requirements: Bachelors degree with 3+ years of Fleet Card Sales experience

What You Will Be Doing
- Source, create and develop a proprietary fleet card program throughout the New England and NY State markets
- Develop an advertising and marketing program for the fleet card program
- Create a fuel discount program for the new fleet card to be launched
- Work with the Ops Team to create a rollout plan launching the card at all locations
- Complete and analyze quarterly profitability reports on discounts given
- Manage the current customers on existing programs and convert to new program
- Business development - identifying new prospects through cold calling and emailing
- Conduct effective sales calls that identify prospective customers goals, challenges and needs
- Manage new customer on-boarding
- Prepare and present new customer fleet card proposals for approval
- Organize territory and maintain regular client facing engagement
- Negotiate new and existing contracts
Territory includes: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years experience selling fuel Fleet Card programs; 5 years in sales overall
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, performing at high level in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
- Travel required throughout assigned sales territory - New England and NY
- Solid experience working with Microsoft Suite
