MUST HAVE :

• Experience and expertise in managing National Accounts selling into national big box retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.
• Direct Sales experience into national big box retailers.
• Experience in managing direct reports of National Account sales reps selling into big box retailers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to changes in work schedules, office reporting requirements, and other dynamic aspects of the business.
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
• This position requires driving; therefore, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees.
• Experience to include Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts
• Sales experience into national big box retailers (i.e. Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) is required.
• Proficient computer skills necessary (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
• Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position.
• This position requires driving; therefore, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.
