Position Overview: - Practice Type: Well Established FQHC - 100% Outpatient Family Medicine - Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday (With flexibility to accommodate a 3 or 4-day work week if desired) - Patient Load: 18 - 20 Patients per Day - Patient Range: Broad spectrum, from Newborns to Geriatrics - Facilities: Perform all standard outpatient procedures in our state-of-the-art clinic Benefits and Opportunities: Patient-Centered Care: Provide a range of services including Sick/Well Visits, Behavioral Health, Medication Management, and Complex Chronic Care to a socioeconomically diverse coastal community. - Work-life Balance: weekday office hours, 3-4 phone-only call nights per month, option of weekend shifts to earn additional income/vacation time - Organizational Strength: Be part of a robust system with a strong local presence, encompassing 35 providers spread over 4 premier facilities, consistently recognized by HRSA in the Top 10% of Community Health Centers for quality - Infrastructure: Our Medical Centers have either in-house or close access to cutting-edge technology including Digital X-Ray, dental facilities, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy. - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package that includes medical/dental insurance, 403 (B) retirement plan with employer matching, paid holidays, generous annual/sick/CME leave and life/disability insurance - Visa Sponsorship: We proudly support H1B & J1 Waivers for deserving candidates. - Loan Repayment: With a HPSA score of 19, our physicians qualify for Federal Student Loan Repayment programs.
