Job Title : Divisional Engineering Projects Managers

Job Responsibilities :

The Divisional Engineering Projects Manager is responsible for ensuring that equipment is mechanically and electrically installed properly, allowing for the best utilization of our organization’s high performing Quadcore foam technology. Specific job duties include the following:

• Manage Engineering projects from conception to final signoff;
• Provide a complete proposal incorporating budget costs, timescales involved to implement, selected supplier(s), and installation/commissioning plan;
• Apply for Cap-Ex approval on defined project proposals, recommending value added improvement initiatives where appropriate;
• Ensure clear communication with local operations teams and senior Management through the entire process;
• Provide structured/technical progress reports on the project milestones to management and project stakeholders;
• Ensure strict adherence to timescales, ensuring all equipment is installed safely and efficiently;
• Oversee documented signoff upon final functional assessment;
• Establish post-project support during the initial startup and until the project achieves trouble-free operation;
• Integrate and set up panel production equipment and production lines;
• Support the local engineering sites and personnel in the management of problematic production issues, which impact Safety, Quality, or process stability improvements;
• Assess new and existing suppliers for future suitability; Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding equipment specification, pricing, and lead time;
• Maintain and develop relationships with key internal and external customers and facilitate liaison with management/design/operations staff; and
• Attend training to develop relevant self-knowledge and technical skills.

Job Requirements :

Employer requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer or related occupation.

In addition, the employer requires the following:

1) Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing engineering projects through the full life cycle gained through three (3) years of work experience;

2) Demonstrated ability reading, analyzing, interpreting, and generating 2D and 3D engineering drawings gained through three (3) years of work experience.;

3) Demonstrated understanding of chemical systems and high-pressure pump/flow controls gained through three (3) years of work experience;

4) Demonstrated ability to read and understand complex tooling drawings for mechanical Roll forming machinery gained through three (3) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently. 50% domestic travel and 20% international travel per year required.

Salary: $141,003 to $151,003 per year.
