J ob Title: HVAC Experienced Residential Installer - Level 3

Pay scale: $26.44 - $36.05 per hr. Plus bonus.

Pay Scale: $55,000 - $75,000+ bonuses Annually

Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm with overtime as needed.

Primary Job Function: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Required Qualifications:
• Must have all hand tools and necessary gauges
• Proficient in installing round and rectangular duct
• Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
• Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
• Experience installing mini-split units
• Can complete low voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers and air conditioners
• Ability to complete all necessary paperwork
• Must take pride in a job well done
• Must possess universal refrigeration license
• Confidently test line sets and set pressures at start-ups
• Able to supervise and train others
