Matrix Providers is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in Oceanside, CA.

Setting: Primary Care / Behavioral Health
- Clinical Diversity: Engage in various aspects of psychosocial assessment and treatment for patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Behavioral Health Interventions: Formulate interventions suitable for the primary care setting and assist with implementing treatment plans.
- Independence and Collaboration: Independently assess psychosocial functioning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Comprehensive Approach: Utilize medical and mental health diagnoses, implement treatment modalities, and provide counseling services.
- Education and Guidance: Develop, teach, and provide clinical guidance for classes promoting education and skill-building to enhance psychological and physical health.
- Consultation and Professional Development: Offer consultation services, participate in professional conferences, and engage in continuous professional development.
- Patient Care: See approximately 8-14 patients a day, providing concise documentation in the patient's medical record within 24 hours.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Salaried position with an attractive rate of $65 per hour.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. No nights, No weekends.

Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited institution.
- Experience: Meet clinical competency requirements specified in Service-specific credentialing instructions.
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
