Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy for company that is complementary to the company compliance program and consistent with the company Code of Conduct, including training and risk mitigation related to antitrust/competition, data privacy/protection, strategic risk assessment, and responsible sourcing, among other areas of focus. Promote the Speak Up! whistleblower program; perform and lead internal investigations and develop action plans and countermeasures. Lead the Anti-Corruption Program (ACP) at company, including implementation of tools to conduct appropriate due diligence assessments of distributors and other third parties.
