Responsibilities

About This Position

In keeping with the Marian Medical philosophy the Office Supervisor works as a lead member in the Pharmacy areas in billing and pharmacy clerical tasks.

Assumes responsibility and accountability in the administering of office/business operations for the agency. Supervises billing payroll functions and clerical staff. Major responsibilities are listed however at times the Business Office Supervisor may be assigned other duties.

Selection Criteria

Familiarity with statistical and financial reports and accounting and bookkeeping methods. Experience and training in office systems and organization is required. Medical office background in alternate site infusion preferred. Graduate of an Approved Business College with training in medical office management. May substitute 5 years experience as a medical office manage for the business college graduate. Current California Driver license. Proof of liability insurance.
