Overview :
Our client, with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to enhance their online presence, engage the audience, and drive brand growth through strategic social media campaigns. This role will be pivotal in managing and overseeing all aspects of our client's social media presence, from leading a team of Social Media Specialists to developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills, along with a proven track record in social media management and a deep understanding of various social platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Social Media Specialists, offering guidance, support, and training as required.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize performance and results.
- Performance Monitoring: Review and monitor campaign effectiveness, compile detailed reports with in-depth analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between management and content creators, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing online presence, brand awareness, and sales.
- Content Management: Curate and create compelling content, including photos and videos, to engage the audience and drive meaningful interactions.
- Analytics Interpretation: Interpret site analytics, research target demographics, and define key performance indicators to gauge success and inform decision-making.
- Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging social media tools, platforms, and trends, exploring opportunities to integrate them into business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to coordinate projects and enhance overall content marketing strategy.
- Brand Representation: Ensure consistency and authenticity in brand representation across all social media channels, maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Issue Resolution: Review consumer issue correspondence, address customer concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of our client.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of all social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Supervisory skills preferred, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of social media professionals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation and design.
- Strong attention to detail, self-driven with excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Understanding of organic and paid social media strategies, with the ability to implement and maintain them effectively.
- Basic photography skills.
- Submission of a basic portfolio showcasing social media and/or graphic design layouts is requested with the application.
