Position Summary:

Essential Qualifications:
The following qualifications are essential for success as a Executive Sous Chef:
- Culinary Expertise: Substantial hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, showcasing proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Contributed to menu planning, creation, and execution in collaboration with the executive chef.
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient task handling in a fast-paced kitchen for timely dish preparation and delivery.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
