Joe Morgan Collision Centre is hiring for a Full-Time body shop estimator.

The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for greeting all customers promptly and giving fair and detailed cost and time appraisals required for bodywork on damaged vehicles for insurance claim settlement.
Other duties that are required are:
Keeping the customer informed of the progress and any changes that arise. Will use your excellent customer service and follow-through skills.
Examine the damaged vehicle to determine the extent of structural body, mechanical, or interior damage, as well as estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item. Review repair cost estimates with the body shop manager.
Ensures the accurate and timely filing of all paperwork
Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes customizing to special purposes, or customizing undamaged vehicles.
Having knowledge of insurance is a plus!
Requirements:
Strong Computer Skills
Excellent communication skills with customers
Experience with Mitchell and the CCC system.
Knowing insurance is a plus!
