Job description
Fantastic opportunity to work for our manufacturing client. The position will manage a mid-sized accounting and finance team. The ideal candidate will have very strong GAAP accounting skills along with a history of implementing policies and procedures. The position will start 5 days in office and has the ability to be a mix of on-site and remote once up and running.
Requirements and Responsibilities: - Supervision of Accounting and Finance Team
- Implement strong US GAAP financial reporting.
- Submit to CFO financial schedules within a very reasonable deadline.
- Working with CPA Firm with Technical Accounting and Internal Controls
- Strong Leadership qualities managing a growing Accounting and Finance Staff.
- Manufacturing Accounting skill set along with Job Costing
- Ability to provide Financial Planning and Analysis along with monthly variance analysis.
- 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A current CPA is preferred.
- Strong work-ethic and positive energy.
