On the Infrastructure Program Management team reporting to the Senior Director Technology Strategy & Governance, you will guide change management initiatives and adoption of new technology across a complex and diverse organization.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Establish change management plans, roadmaps, and activation plans to support major technology development and deployments, at corporate and on properties.
- Provide ad-hoc advice on change management, end-user adoption, and training.
- Increase awareness of the capabilities, objectives, and successes of the Technology team within the Commercial Services organization.
- Monitor the execution of change management plans, ensuring project goals are achieved and identified risks are managed and escalated.
- Develop strategic communications strategy to address the ongoing needs of assigned projects.
- Assist partners with applying a framework and standard toolset across the Technology organization that measures, manages, and reports on complex project and program accomplishments toward established strategic outcomes.
- Support the Technology organization by utilizing business writing skills to be a solid editor on business cases for technology investments to ensure the narrative is impactful and quantitatively or qualitatively drives strategic intent.
- Work with people from many different fields with varying degrees of technical experience, including others in the department and people in other groups and outside the corporation
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Customer Experience Platform Activation Team to build a community of practice for change management, to lead adoption and standardized tactics to shift behavior of intended audience.
- Establish positive partnerships across Commercial Services, Business, Brands, Human Resources, Technology, Legal, and Finance to define the impact of the change journey for Hilton properties.
- Support Senior Director with collaboration across Technology teams and leaders to influence focus, transparency, and understanding of the underlying work to achieve priorities.
- Coordinate with the technology and customer experience program managers and leads, updating them on plan progress.
- Collaborate with project team to ensure that messages are clear and comply with business processes, standards, and Hilton's mission.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Ensure that change management plans, dependencies, and risks align with the Technology project plan, oversee deliverables, and support Commercial Services goals.
- Ensure change management plans include change approach, goals and metrics, partner analysis, communications, trainings, and risk.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Eight (8) years of professional work experience in a business, portfolio, or program management function or related field
- Five (5) years of experience working across partner groups to deliver large-scale projects
- Three (3) years of people leadership experience
- Three (3) years of change management experience, including development and roll-out of communications, end-user, and training materials
- Three (3) years of experience with project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Twelve (12) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Experience conducting large-scale changes across a global matrixed organization
