Responsibilities: • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Communicate professionally, in person and over the phone, with clients and co-op agents • Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into appointments and sales • Conduct presentations to educate clients and generate signed agreements • Script and role-play with team members daily Qualifications: • A consistent top performer in sales • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Bright, hard-working, and self-motivated • Energized by an open-ended compensation plan and money-motivated • Must have or be working on a Kansas Real Estate license About Company: Our Mission is "to provide outstanding customer service through buying and selling homes for the best possible price in the least amount of time."  We are the #1 endorsed real estate company in Wichita, and recommended and trusted by Barbara Corcoran from ABC's Shark Tank!  Josh Roy and his team have been at the top of the Keller Williams family since 2006.
