Job description

**Job Summary:**
The Industrial Automation Process Specialist is responsible for developing the Process industry business within the Rockwell Industrial Automation Group. They collaborate with stakeholders, implement business plans, achieve sales targets, introduce new products, and promote offerings at events.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the Process business segment of the distributor's plan.
- Serve as the liaison for Process technologies communication.
- Resolve customer issues and boost satisfaction levels.
- Introduce new Process products and provide training.
- Ensure the success of promotional initiatives.
- Endorse Process-related products at events.
- Provide Process expertise support to sales teams.
- Stay updated through product training.
- Offer feedback on technical details, new products, and promotions.
- Engage in collaborative sales activities.
- Identify markets for emerging technologies.
- Document targets and projects.
- Manage ancillary products to enhance market position.

**Qualifications:**
- Technical degree or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in sales discussions.
- Understanding of marketing and promotional programs.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Adherence to compliance standards and ethical codes.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Involves standing, walking, lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Approximately 50% of time dedicated to on-site travel.
