Sterling Union is hiring a full-time
Housekeeper to join the maintenance team of Huntsville. The Housekeeper will join an experienced on-site management team focused on providing the highest level of customer service and attentiveness in the San Marcos multifamily market.
What Youll Do Housekeepers are a vital part of the on-site maintenance team. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with property upkeep, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Regular ongoing tasks include:
- Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including the exterior of the property and common area/hallways
- Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property, including the management offices, common areas, amenity spaces, and residential hallways
- Assist the propertys Porter/Groundskeeper in managing trash disposal from offices and common areas
- Clean property air vents as scheduled with Maintenance Supervisor
- Wash common area windows as scheduled with Maintenance Supervisor
- Accompany Maintenance Technician on resident work orders to ensure post-work cleanliness
- Assist with preventative maintenance items as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
- Conduct regular cleaning of any vacant units
- Report needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor
- Comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department in handling cleaning chemicals

What We Like to See - At least 1 year of experience in on-site maintenance operations preferred but not required
- Experience delivering customer service efforts as a part of a successful management team
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
- Openness to on-the-job training
