The Security and Mission Assurance Capabilities Unit is seeking a Ground Mission Assurance Manager for the National Defense programs. This position will provide mission partner capabilities to all aspects of the Mission Operations Engineering groups, providing mission assurance and risk management support to the organization. A Ground MAM monitors and control risks to development, testing, and external systems integration for ground Command and Control (C2) and mission data processing systems on multiple programs. The position will have ownership in how the company executes assurance activities for Ground System Development.

The Enterprise Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions. We provide a comprehensive approach to managing risk across the enterprise for current and future information environments where the business and missions execute. We apply the use of innovative tools and robust processes to ensure mission and business success.

What You’ll Do: On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $144000 - $199000

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
