Job description

The Director of Intake Services will oversee and direct the Intake department by providing guidance and accountability in all aspects of staffing, training, and execution of departmental responsibilities, as well as the planning and execution of departmental goals. They will provide structure to ensure safe spaces throughout our buildings and grounds and ensure that our Christ-centered culture of grace, compassion and hospitality is consistently shown to all staff, visitors, and guests. This role is responsible for accurate and timely reporting. This role manages the budget for the department and participates in negotiations with third party staffing vendors, uniform providers, and equipment vendors. This role oversees the staffing and training for the department in collaboration with People Operations.
