OTR-Dedicated. Accepting well-experienced, tenured drivers. Hiring Area Within 300 Miles of Dallas/Ft Worth TX-CDL Class-A Dedicated OTR 10-14 day run with excellent home time. $1500-1800 weekly avg.

Position: Experienced CDL A/ Class A Truck Driver

Join a growing, elite team of drivers. We are looking for experience, not perfection. If you are a driver with at least 2 years of OTR; we can work around some accident/violation issues that many other companies would deem disqualifying. We are going to put you in the latest and greatest equipment and pay you far better than most and keep you rolling to build that paycheck. Enjoy high mileage bonuses and safety/performance bonuses on top of a generous mileage pay. Half of all drivers average $1800 a week, and that is an attainable goal for you. 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks are well equipped and double bunk, so taking a rider/pet is convenient. Job:

• Outbound Customer Freight from Arlington TX throughout US
• Inbound freight: Brokered general freight.
• 10-14bDays out-then home for several days (ask about home time flexibility)
• Rider Policy
• Pet Policy
• Avg: 2400 Miles Per Week
• Avg haul: 700-1000 miles
• Convenience:

Pay:

Weekly average: $1500 - Top Half of drivers: $1800

Weekly pay-direct deposit

Pay Breakdown :

• 2-5 years experience 55 CPM mile base
• 5-9 years experience 60 CPM mile base
• 10+ years .65 CPM mile base
• Bonus: 5 CPM for weeks with 2600+ Miles
• Monthly Safety/Performance Bonus: 2 CPM (ask for details)

Avg. 20 trucks and projected growth to 500 trucks by year end 2027

Orientation:

• Arlington Texas
• Company provided Rental Car
• 6-8 Hours (one day only) by appointment (can be scheduled for any day Mon-Friday)
• Hotel, Breakfast and Lunch Provided
• Urinalysis near home prior to orientation

Hiring Requirements

• 2 years of OTR CDL-A experience
• 23 years of age Run eLogs

Qualification Allowances:

• License Suspensions: None in 3 years
• DOT Recordable Accidents: 1 in 5 years
• Careless/Reckless driving or 15 over in Construction Zone Convictions: 1 in 3 years
• DUI(DWI/OWI)/Open Container convictions: None in 3 years, 1 in lifetime

Minimum of 30 days left on physical/med card.
