Location: Greater Boston Area (Onsite)

Therapeutic Area: multiple therapeutic areas
Job Overview: This position will independently contribute to the research pipeline, collaborate effectively, and continuously enhance the platform for developing impactful therapies.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Perform vector production involving mammalian cell culture, transfection, purification, and maintenance of lab equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with analytical team for viral vector characterization and generate process data.
- Innovatively implement changes to streamline and improve the vector production process, enhancing robustness, capacity, and throughput.
Primary Job Requirements: - B.S. or M.S. degree in relevant field with industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on role requiring expertise in mammalian cell culture, bioreactors, purification, and general lab techniques. Experience in multiple scales of production preferred.
- Knowledge in process development and pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred, with familiarity in analytical methods and statistical analysis considered a plus.
