Job description

Are you passionate about data management and statistical analysis? We're searching for a talented SAS Programmer/Data Manager to join our dynamic team! This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects spanning public health, housing, military and veteran's issues, energy, transportation, environment, and social and economic policy. Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain efficient data cleaning and management programs to meet client needs.
Develop and maintain documentation of data management and quality control procedures.
Support the production of descriptive and basic weighted statistics.
Contribute to technical report development and writing.
Tackle complex data management challenges with innovation.
Collaborate within a cross-team/matrixed environment.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Survey Research/Methods, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Mathematics, or related field.
At least 3 years of applied SAS experience, including base SAS procedures and advanced techniques such as arrays and macros.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in relevant field.
SAS certifications.
Experience with statistical analyses using various methods.
Familiarity with other statistical programming or scripting languages.
Hands-on experience with sampling techniques and survey methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
