Is technical coordination and overseeing 5 engineers what you are good at? We need you, a project leader to oversee our 5 subject matter experts in Test Engineering, Controls, Embedded Systems. What You Will Be Doin

• Coordinating a team of 5 for Automotive R&D Engineering for global company (Controls, Manufacturing, or Software)
• Coordinate the Development of R&D Innovation Projects related to software solutions, systems and components for Smart Mobility
• Collaborating together with local entities such Universities, Startups and tech companies
• Network for startup companies and incubators

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of professional industry Automotive R&D Engineering experience within automotive braking and Robotics/Mechatronics systems
• BS in Engineering or related engineering
• experience with ISO 26262
• Knowledge of sensors braking systems
• strong experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Model Based Design
• strong experience with either Electrical OR Robotics engineering
• any experience with Variable Frequency Drives
• experience/familiarity with Automotive SPICE standard for Software Development
• experience within Agile/Scrum environment
• experience with Atlassian JIRA , Confluence, BigGant
• experience with Sensors and Electric Motors
• experience with Manufacturing / Production for Automotive Components
• familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, SimScape

Bonus Points: 

• Italian bilingual
• experience with dSpace Targetlink, Mathworks Embedded Coder
