Job description

We are actively looking for a Superintendent to join our team in Portland, OR. Ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale multifamily projects and underground parking structures.

*Relocation available!

What You Will Be Doing

The primary focus of the Superintendent will be to assure that a job is completed on-time, and on-budget. In addition they need to develop good customer relationships to assure that they are the partner that helps drive the job. The Superintendent is primarily accountable for assuring that assigned jobs adhere to the standards for Safety, Customer and Team Relationships, Quality, Schedule, Production our number one priority. In addition the Superintendent is in responsible for the Personnel Development by managing field foreman and is the recruitment, selection, placement and evaluation of all assigned individuals both employees and subcontractors.

What You Need for this Position

- 7+ years Superintendent experience
- Experience with large-scale, ground up multifamily projects
- Experience with underground parking structures
- Experience leading a team
- Effective leadership & communication skills
