The Client Ambassadors are expected to greet clients in a friendly, highly professional and responsible matter and will be the liaison between the clients and Assistant Service Managers.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and verify appointment on iPad
- Perform initial vehicle condition walk-around inspections with clients
Qualifications
- Individual must possess a valid driver’s license and operate standard and automatic vehicles
- Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests with excellent communication skills
- Must be people oriented and possess prior customer service experience
- Must be able to attend to peoples’ needs, requests or expressed wishes
- Must be able to stand for the full work schedule
