LIA is seeking an Information Assurance (IA) Analyst to support the Army Resilience Directorate (ARD) in Arlington, Virginia. The IA will provide Information Assurance services for Army Resilience Directorate (ARD) Systems to ensure that all systems are fully compliant with DoD, the US Army, and the hosting Facilities' policies and regulations. Systems include the Drug and Alcohol Management Information system, Risk Reduction Application, and Systems Branch, ARD websites, and as well as standalone software applications.
Major responsibilities include (not all-inclusive):
• Conduct Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA)/ACAS scans of all systems
• Maintain, update and submit the required documentation for Risk Management Framework
• Maintain and update ARDNETWORK, as well as the accompanying operating system and application software in use
• Provide valid information about events and the environment, report information, suggest associated alternatives for action, and direct corrective action.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual vulnerability scans of all required systems
• Review system change requests and approve/disapprove of changes based on IA vulnerabilities
• Manage vulnerability compliance report
• Conduct annual contingency and recovery tests as required by RMF.
• Represent and support the agency at information assurance working groups and conferences as directed by the CIO.
Qualifications:
• Must possess an active, SECRET security clearance
• Must have current certifications in IAT - Level II DoDD requirement 8570 to include one of the following: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP
• 5 years of experience in Information Assurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience and thorough knowledge of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
