JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and screening potential talent for current and upcoming positions and maintaining an active pool of potential candidates for existing openings. This role consults with business leaders to understand their hiring needs. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as internal customer focus and responsiveness to new business development. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. The right candidate will possess project management skills, an ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, a customer-service orientation and team mentality, as well as professional presence and polish. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and execute strategies to source candidates that meet profiles and building talent pools for current and future engagements. Creates recruitment advertising and online postings. Sources candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, local media resources, employee referrals, agency referrals and other sources as needed. Conduct interactions with internal employees in a timely, professional and responsive manner Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies Conduct intake meeting with internal business partners and set expectations for recruitment process Follow agreed recruitment process for recruitment delivery, supplying the hiring managers with strong candidate pipelines, specifically to support new and existing business Conducts interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data relevant to the selection process. Partners with hiring managers to further evaluate candidates after on-site interviews. Ensures candidates meet minimum job requirements. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP) and HR databases. Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Working as a part of the HR team to perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree 2-4 years' experience in HR with focus on talent sourcing and recruiting. Experience how to manage and drive applicant flow Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Workforce Now) Experience conducting behavioral based interviews Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools/social media as well as proactive recruiting and sourcing. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
