Pay range: $19/hr. - $24/hr.

Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm with some evening/weekend events
JOB SUMMARY
- Oversees all aspects of Bereavement Department Events including program development, camps, school programs, remembrance events, and groups.
- Oversees administrative operations of the Department, including departmental mailings and calls.
- Interfaces directly with bereaved clients via telephone and through external and internal referrals.
- Oversees support and training of administrative staff and volunteers in departmental activities.
- Provides administrative support to the Bereavement Manager.
- Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or related field required.
- Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous related experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Specific experience in coordinating events and programs, and office administration.
- Competence with the technical components necessary to complete the job.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
