Core Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service offering conciergelevel support to travelers from start to finish.
  
• Respond promptly to telephone email inquiries and online travel submissions.
  
• Research and book a wide range of travel options including airfare hotels tours and ground transportation both domestically and internationally
  
• Collaborate with top suppliers like Expedia Universal Studios Princess Cruises Avis Delta and more.
  
• Familiarize yourself with various webbased booking engines and travel resources.
  
• Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees.
  
• Issue etickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
  

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is necessary well provide comprehensive training.
  
• Outstanding customer service skills.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
