You Role Join us on our mission to reshape the landscape of Salesforce data security.
As our next SVP, Marketing focused on strategy and go-to-market, with a strong background in Product Marketing. You will be the driving force behind our bold marketing initiatives, ensuring that Odaseva's innovation reaches every corner of the Salesforce world.
Your responsibilities will include: - Market Domination: Develop and execute a guerrilla marketing strategy that increases Odaseva's market share by 25% within the first year.
- Brand Recognition: Elevate our brand awareness through unconventional tactics, resulting in a 30% increase in brand recognition.
- Lead Generation: Drive the generation of high-quality leads by 40% through innovative guerrilla marketing campaigns.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve a 35% increase in revenue from unconventional marketing tactics.
- Product Marketing Leadership: Oversee a dedicated team in defining our solutions' unique value, steering market analysis and strategy development. Lead the execution of impactful product launches that resonate with market needs and trends.
- Field Marketing Strategy: Lead field marketing strategies to align with sales goals and adapt to local market needs. Drive regional engagement and lead conversion through targeted campaigns, using field insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Global Reach: Be part of a global team making a substantial impact on Salesforce users worldwide.
You will bring: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 12+ years experience in marketing leadership roles, with a significant focus on guerrilla marketing and unconventional strategies.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that gained attention and market share.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and market trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a vision for creative marketing tactics.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and translate data into actionable insights.
$50,000 - $500,000 a year
