OnScent is seeking a Customer Growth Associate ( CGA ) who will work with the emerging account team on-site at our Hackensack, NJ innovation and sales center.

This CGA opportunity is ideal for an energetic individual who is ready to embark on a scent-sational journey as a sales lead generator. In this position you will be enabled to unleash your potential in the captivating world of fragrances. At OnScent, we believe in the power of scents to evoke emotions and memories, and we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to bring our exceptional fragrances to a broader audience. You will focus on outbound sales strategy by contributing to the generation of new sales within OnScent. You will be responsible for moving sales leads through a sales pipeline by contacting, qualifying and scheduling sales appointments for qualified prospects. The CGA must be a driven individual with a desire to succeed through excellent communications, superior people skills and a strong work ethic. Must also be comfortable handling rejections and moving on to the next opportunity. The goal of the CGA is to schedule high-quality sales appointments for OnScent's sales team to assist them in winning new business.
