Assist the service writers to make sure our loyal customers are happy At Riverview Ford, we are committed to an environment where the customer is always treated with respect and dignity. Our customers are 2nd and 3rd generation. Our employees are our most valuable asset. The majority of our team have been together over 20 years. We experience very little turnover. Jim Rodda, our service director, travels from Indiana every day and is well known in the industry and is a leader is customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Greeting customers, answering phones, setting appointments, following up with customers to update them on the status of their vehicle, scanning documents, and assisting the service director with daily functions Qualifications: * Must have a kind, loving demeanor. No Exceptions. You are the secret to our success. Must be well kept and love people. Have proper phone skills, and know how to enter data in a computer data base system. Must be punctual and organized
