Job Summary



Provides entry-level office, administration, academic/instructional services, technical or facilities support performing routing work requiring little or no work experience.

Essential Functions



60% - Provides administrative support via phone, online chat, and email. Includes, but not limited to, addressing general questions, directing callers to the appropriate resource, connecting students with their advisor, assisting students with scheduling academic advising appointments, and referring students to additional support services.

20% - Provides support to the academic advising office including, but not limited to, reserving space for meetings and events, updating student files, and running/updating reports.

10% - Supports academic advising team with special projects. Including but not limited to data entry, student outreach (e.g. phone, text, email), creating fliers and/or marketing materials.

10% - Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications



Holds a high school diploma or higher
