Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: long term Contract
Hybrid - 2 days in office
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or information systems or related field
OnBase Developer certification (Required)
OnBase Administrator certification (Required)
The candidate will play the role of OnBase Architect and is responsible for assessing the current OnBase Legal Contracts Application and delivering recommendations on configuration, workflows, error handling and all aspects of the application. Most importantly, the candidate will make recommendations on the integration of DocuSign and potentially redesign the application to be more resilient when interfacing with DocuSign.
Responsibilities
Work with business teams to understand their processes and translate their needs into actionable OnBase (Legal Contracts System) requirements for configuration/development.
Involved in all aspects of the Project life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and post-production solution and user support.
Maintains and provides enhancements to the existing OnBase solutions.
Manages user testing to include developing test plans, creating user test cases.
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configuration and user guides.
Familiar with OnBase architecture and best practices related to release management and deploying changes through the various sandboxes to production.
Duties:
Assess current OnBase the .-Legal Contracts System.
Make recommendations to create/modify workflows, configuration, and error handling, to improve user experience
Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation.
Handles and implements recommended third-party integrations and trouble-shoots any issues with partner and applications as they arise.
Works with leadership and stakeholders, determine OnBase and other technologies, software, tools and approaches to improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
Assists with project documentation, including user interface guides, training documentation or other functional specific documents and change orders.
Thoroughly unit test development deliverables and participate in business user acceptance testing
Validates test cases and results against requirements.
Assist with the promotion of enhancements from the testing to the production environment
Log, troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC.
Skills:
Professional Experience in development & administration of applications in OnBase 5 years
Experience in OnBase Architecture, Programming and Configuration, WorkView and WorkfFow 5 years
Experience in defining taxonomy and day forward process for backfile conversion 3 years
Ability to perform DIP, Document Import or SWEEP process 3 years
Experience in OnBase DocuSign integration and workflows 3 years
Experience in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, Customization and Coding 3 years
Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development practices 3 years
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile development. 2 Years
