Research Assistant who can assist with conducting data analysis on RNA and DNA genome sequence analysis, and genetic analysis using bioinformatics, and computer-based modeling, develop and design software for big data analysis; generate data to support PI's current active and future grant proposals; prepare reports, manuscripts, seminars and presentations for ongoing research progress.
Essential Functions
* The successful candidate should have a background in computer science, bioinformatics, and computer- based modeling and design.
* Experience in software design, website design, and big data analysis.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in RNA and DNA biology is desired, but not required.
Working Conditions
This position mainly focuses on computer-based analysis of large data in office.
