Role : Project Coordinator
Location : Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration : 12 Months on W2 (Possible extension)
Shift Timings : 8 am to 5 pm
100% Onsite role.
Skills:
- Coordination and precision in project management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow project timelines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in creating and updating process flow charts using tools like Visio or PowerPoint.
- Energetic and not hesitant to ask questions for clarity.
- Degree in business or communications. Engineering degree will not be much suitable for this type of role.
- Experience in project management: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Strong at using Excel and Visio.
- Familiarity with project coordination tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience using the Agile documentation management system.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or communications
- 2 to 4 years of organizational experience, with a focus on project management.
- Anything over 5 years will be over-qualified for this role.
Interview Process:
- Three rounds: Onsite interview; three different times he/she must come to the site.
- First Day: In-person interview with Manager and next round with other cross-functional managers. Manager would try to complete both rounds in one day but if the schedules do not align, the candidate needs to come to the site again for the second round.
- Second Day: In-person interview with the Director.
- The manager is a little flexible in conducting the first round over video but very specific about having candidates onsite for the interview with Cross-functional managers and the Director.
