We seek an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Job Description:

The Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial HVAC projects, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Develop relationships with architects, building owners, property managers, and general contractors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events to expand professional network and generate leads.
Project Estimation & Proposals

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop comprehensive project proposals.
Prepare and present detailed quotes and sales presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Seek feedback from clients to improve the sales process and overall customer experience continually.

Product Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in commercial HVAC technology and solutions.
Provide clients expert advice on the best HVAC solutions to meet their needs.
Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure projects are executed smoothly.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and installation methods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable mode of transportation.
