ARE YOU THE CAREER SERVICES DIRECTOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Bachelor's degree in human services, education, or a similar field OR comparable work-related experience
• 5+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in meeting contractual goals and performance milestones
• Background in developing and implementing workforce development and educational initiatives
• Knowledge of workforce development/adult education practices and their implementation
• Ability to skillfully navigate web-based systems, spreadsheets, and other Microsoft Office programs

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m . However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet the demands of the job.

As the Career Services Director at Fedcap, your day involves overseeing all aspects of our Career Services contracts, including the Career Compass, YouthPathways Bronx, and YouthPathways Manhattan programs. You'll provide direct supervision to program directors, offer continuous feedback, and implement strategies to ensure high team performance. Your responsibilities include collaborating with external stakeholders, representing the agency to senior leadership and funders, and ensuring program goals are met or exceeded.
