Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
Job Description: 
Service Coordinator / Dispatcher works as part of our service team to meet our company objective to provide a superior laundry experience to every customer, every time. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers on phone with use of our laundry systems
• Review, schedule and dispatch work orders using our database and internet
• Assist call takers with obtaining accurate information and troubleshooting with residents
• Prioritize scheduling and oversee technician's daily schedule
• Document work orders, messages, and other pertinent information to or from technicians, collectors, sales department and supervisors in a timely and organized fashion input service requests for dispatching to technicians
• Process and monitor computerized audit to match laundry cycle use with revenue
• Perform other duties as requested

Skills:

• Process and detail oriented with strong focus on customer service
• Strong MS Office Suite experience, primarily Word and Excel
• Team player
• Professional, positive, and calm manner
• Strong phone skills

Education and Qualifications:

• Prior direct customer service experience in support setting
• Experience with variety of networked systems required, with flexibility for changing systems
• High School Graduate or GED
• College degree preferred
• T eam player

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation commensurate with experience

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
