Responsibilities:

- Coordinate home showings for buyer clients and collaborate with listing agents and home sellers to ensure timely scheduling.
- Assist buyers in refining their home preferences and identify additional properties to view.
- Cultivate expertise in local communities and listed properties to provide informed responses to client inquiries.
- Guide clients in determining optimal offer prices and facilitate smooth transactions from negotiation to closing.
- Support the lead agent by showcasing homes that align with buyer clients' needs and budgets, ultimately driving sales.

Qualifications:

- Comfortable spending significant time traveling between properties.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing/lead generation technologies, or willingness to quickly acquire new skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week

Experience Level: 1 year

Schedule: Flexible, with availability Monday to Friday and occasional weekends as needed

- Real Estate License (Required)
