Job description
The Loan Delivery Support team member will be responsible for the first step in the process to delivery loans to our Non-Agency investors. The team member will be reviewing and uploading document packages to due diligence companies. In addition, the team member will be responsible for other support functions during the process of the due diligence loan review in order to ensure that all loans are funded in a fast turn-time.
- Reviewing and uploading loan packages via due diligence company portals
- Verifying data inputs on weekly funding files
- Reporting including but not limited to: review of common findings, CU score updates and production numbers
- Assisting to Loan Delivery Specialists as needed
- Using strong interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships with other teams in the company as well as investors
- Enhancing processes and creating efficiencies
- Special projects as assigned
Must Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, College Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, multi-tasking and dependability
- An ability to work well independently, as well as in a team, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel. Bonus points for familiarity with Airtable
- Experience working with mortgage documents is preferred
- This position requires on-site attendance.
