Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored quotes.
Provide comprehensive insurance plans that align with individual client requirements, representing Allstate's renowned "You're in Good Hands" service.
Drive sales revenue by effectively cross-selling and enhancing client portfolios, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
Follow up diligently with prospects to build a robust sales pipeline and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Continuously learn about our products and sales strategies through meetings and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
Completion of SMART ASSESSMENT UPON APPLICATION is mandatory.
Possession of or willingness to acquire a WA state P&C license.
Preferred experience in insurance sales or related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining a collaborative team dynamic.
Proactive and adaptable attitude towards embracing changes and new techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools.
