Position Overview:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and managing our supply network, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every step of the way. From forging strategic partnerships with suppliers to optimizing our network for cost efficiency and innovation, your contributions will be integral to our success.

What You'll Do:

Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and trust.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost reduction and enhance service quality.
Lead negotiations and execute agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for our organization.
Continuously optimize our supply network for efficiency and value enhancement.
Conduct market and risk analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Serve as a subject matter expert on all things related to our supply chain, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
What You'll Bring:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management).
10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau.
A passion for innovation and a drive for continuous improvement.
Experience in the gas or related industries is a plus.
