Aerotek is hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Manual Machinist in Newark, DE! This position is a contract-to-hire offering full benefits. (health, vision, dental, 401k)

:

The Manual Machinist will be responsible for setting up & operating machines. Employees will operate machining tools such as milling, boring, and drilling machines as well as lathes and other sharp cutting tools. The Machinist will also assist mechanics with basic assembly/disassembly as needed.

Pay : $25-35/hour based on experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4+ years of experience as Manual Machinist

- High Mechanical Aptitude; Ability to interpret drawings & blueprints

- Be able to read drawings, understand work instructions and use close tolerance inspection tools
