General Manager
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Base salary: $200k - $225k.
Our client is a specialist provider of innovative aftermarket services and solutions to some of the largest consumer brands globally. Due to ongoing growth they are looking to appoint an experienced General Manager within their team to be responsible for overseeing two large operations in Dallas.
Responsibilities
* Provides strong personal leadership to the operations teams.
* Actively manage the overall P&L and meets agreed upon corporate targets.
* Conducts reviews, productivity, and ROI analysis against operating plans to generate constant improvement.
Requirements
* At least 15 years of operations experience with a minimum of 8 years spent in a senior management or general management position managing P&L.
* Proven history of successful leadership at a senior operations level within an Aftermarket Services business including reverse logistics, repair, supply chain services solutions.
