Title: Web Copywriter (remote)

Location: Golden CO (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Mid.

Earliest Start Date : ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 8 months with possible extension (s)

Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)



Musthave skills: 2 y as a web designer; Finalsite Composer CMS; Ada/accessibility guidance OR K12/edu exp



Requirements:
Experience as a copywriter or content writer with a strong portfolio of web copywriting samples;
Experience with web content best practices and the ability to adapt writing style to suit online platforms;
Experience with SEO principles and the ability to incorporate keywords and optimize content for search engines;
Experience with web accessibility guidelines (ADA compliance Section 508 WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and their impact on web content creation
Preferred:
Experience in educational institutions or experience in the education sector





Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Excellent command of the English language including grammar spelling and punctuation following AP Style guidelines;
Strong attention to detail including editing proofreading and ability to produce high quality work with minimal errors meeting tight deadlines;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
with stakeholders at all levels.
