  1. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  3. Process employee documentation, such as employment contracts and termination paperwork.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
  5. Support HR projects and initiatives.
  6. Assist with organizing HR events, such as employee engagement activities or training workshops.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and handle it with discretion.
