We're looking for the right candidate to fill the position of
Senior Manager, Product Sales North America (NA) to support customer relations and direct our Valmet Hydroclone Process Engineer support team. This requires fully utilizing our sales processes at a high level, being best in class in product knowledge, and having the ability to build and sustain rapport with our customers. This position will report to the respective Director of Fiber Process Parts, North America.
Responsibilities - Ability to manage and coach the team to provide the best economical and technical solutions for the customer needs within the designated offering is key to being successful.
- Oversee coordination with Fiber Process Parts - Product Sales Managers, Pulp and Stock Prep - Product Sales Managers and Mill Sales Managers on the sale of all product/solution technologies while ensuring results with customer feedback and satisfaction. <
- Directing the Hydroclone Process Process Engineer Team to actively promote Valmet's offerings within all accounts and Agreement customers through identification of opportunities for solution sales.
- Directing and participation in customer audits, shut downs and product training as needed while providing clear communication regarding our customer's expectations and strategy.
Expectations This opportunity could be right for you if you have a bachelor's degree (BA, BS) from four-year college or university in Paper Science, Engineering or a related degree; minimum of 5 years related experience preferably in the paper industry. An Associates or Technical degree with hands on Pulp & Paper experience and a passion to sell could also be considered. As you'll be working closely with our customers within a region, you'll spend a large portion of your time traveling. Authorization to work in Canada and the United States will be required.
