Job description
A highly reputable mid-sized law firm in Hackensack, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and be responsible and detail-oriented. This position calls for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and learning through exciting and challenging hands-on experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Heavy phone contact with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
- Drafting correspondence, and other pre-litigation-related documents
- Updating and maintaining client database
- Other related administrative tasks, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in Personal Injury
- Fluent in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills and work ethic
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Friendly disposition, with a sense of humor
